I want to explain the title that I picked for it, "A Lovely Alstroemeria". An alstroemeria is a flower native to South America. It is related to the lily, but smaller, and instead of one head, it has several.
This is your common oriental lily. It's head is quite big, larger than your average flower. It's also radially symmetrical, and the alstroemeria is only bilaterally symmetric.
The alstroemeria is unique, and I associate that with myself. I feel it represents me as a person, and have a high admiration for it. Even it's name is special, and so is mine. There are very few people in this world who share it with me, and even I know not one. It is not your typical flower shape, it's one of a kind.
I wanted to have a title that described me as a person, and this flower immediately came to mind. Using my first and middle was far too common among other bloggers, and I wanted to stand out. I also added 'lovely' because I truly believe it lives up to this adjective. It's also a comparison to the beautiful life we all have, and to express it's infinite importance. I will use this blog to record life experiences, beliefs, acquired knowledge, and everything I feel should be posted on here. I know it may not influence many, but to those few, it will be worth it to me.
